Dangote Commends Tanzania’s Investment Reforms, Explores US$17 Billion Refinery Partnership
President Samia Suluhu Hassan held high-level talks with Dangote Group Chairman Alhaji Aliko Dangote on expanding strategic investments in energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, and fertilizer production, while exploring a proposed US$17 billion oil refinery project expected to strengthen regional energy security in East Africa.
